Food Met Medicine on September 25!
At the FoodTalk on September 25, 2023 at Unternehmen Mitte, three invited experts spoke to around 110 people about the topics of medicine, agriculture and sustainability. The event was organized by the Medical Faculty of the University of Basel, the Crowd Container, the Ebenrain Center for Agriculture, Nature and Food, the Nutrition Forum Basel and the Innovation Office of the University of Basel.
Dubravka Vrdoljak has published an impressive report about the event in the Crowd Container. You can find the text here. Dubravka (Dubi) Vrdoljak is a food scientist and works on sustainable eating habits. She is a member of the Basel Nutrition Forum and leads the "Dialogue in the Neighborhood" project of the Zurich-Basel Plant Science Center, ETH Zurich.
